Shipping Policy

All shipping processes conducted via our website are bound with our current shipping policy. By ordering from our website, you acknowledge that you have read and understand our shipping policy and abide by it. We may update or modify our shipping policies from time to time, and the revised policy will apply to you once it is uploaded to our website. Before ordering anything, we request you read our shipping policy, including refund and privacy policies and terms & conditions.

Shipping options :

We use two types of shipping methods- standard and express delivery to all our covered locations. While we provide free express delivery to all orders with a minimum of $150, we may ship some products through standard delivery subject to the availability of our delivery partners.

You can expect the order through express delivery within 7 to 12 working days for countries like Australia, the UK, the USA, Canada, and Europe. However, the delivery for the rest of the countries remains 12-15 working days. The delivery may take 10-18 working days to reach your place with standard shipping.

Reshipment Policy :

Reshipment is available in case you receive a damaged or wrong product. However, you must initiate the reshipment within seven days of receiving the product. You need to contact our team through call or email, and we will initiate the reshipment or refund after confirming it.

Shipping Address :

You need to provide your accurate shipping address, billing address, name, landmarks, and other relevant details while placing an order. Make sure to recheck all information and ensure this information are valid and accurate. 

We will not offer any free reshipment or refund if you fail to provide the correct address. We are also not liable for late delivery or no delivery if you give the wrong address.

Receiving the products :

Make sure the person placing the order accepts the order during the delivery. In case a different person receives the order, you will not be entitled to any reshipment or refund based on receiving wrong, damaged, or incomplete products.
