Refund policy due to a change of mind:

If you change your mind, you are eligible for a refund. However, this only applies when the product has not been shipped from our warehouse.

Cancellations :

Free cancellation is allowed for orders that have yet to be shipped. You can also cancel a delivery if it exceeds the delivery date by 30 days.

Incorrect or faulty product :

We offer free replacement or refund if the products delivered to you are damaged or incorrect. Refunds only apply if the delivered order is no. 1 and the shipping order ID is correct. The customer (name mentioned in the shipping address) must be present while receiving the product. If someone else accepts the order, you are not eligible for a refund or return.

Incorrect product delivery:

If you receive the wrong product, you must contact our customer service within seven days of receiving the order. Our team will review the issue and provide you with a pre-paid shipping label for returning the product. You can then reship the correct development or receive a full refund.

Damaged or defective product delivered :

If you receive a damaged, defective, or expired product, please contact our customer service within seven days of the delivery, along with your order number and a description of the product’s condition. After careful consideration, our customer support team will replace the product or provide you with a full refund.

Delayed Delivery :

A delivery delay might occur for several reasons, such as restrictions imposed by your resident country, customs issues, or COVID-19 impositions.

If your product is not delivered within the estimated delivery date, please check the current location of your shipment by clicking the tracking link we sent you in your email. If you cannot find any information, contact our support team, and we will let our delivery partners know your delivery status. If you have not received the product, we will provide you with a free reshipment.

Please note that we will not provide a reshipment or refund if you enter the wrong shipping address while ordering the product.

We may deny a refund or reshipment of products in events where :

  • You have ordered the wrong product(s) by mistake
  • You have partially or fully consumed the product
  • You have opened the seal or strip of the product
  • You are returning the product due to a change in prescription
  • You were not physically present while receiving the order
  • You have entered the wrong shipping address
  • You have tampered with or lost the bar code, price tag, or invoice of the delivered goods

Refund Policy for Payment:

All approved refunds will be processed using the same mode of payment. For example, if you made the payment using a credit card, the refund will be processed in the bank account associated with the credit card.

Please note that all refunds will be processed once our team confirms them. We are authorised to refuse a refund if we find any discrepancies in the reason behind the refund.

We may take necessary legal action or impose a permanent ban on your account if you request a fake refund, claim the quality of our products as inferior or spurious or do anything that negatively affects the reputation of our brands or partners.
